I really love long holiday weekends like labor day weekend in Jacksonville Beach where I can head out on the boat with my family and friends. I also love hanging out with friends who live in the Queens Harbor Area for BBQs. I love Queens Harbor and here’s why:

Living in Queens Harbor in Jacksonville has been described as waterfront living, resort-like, amazing views, one of Jacksonville’s finest places to live, community-oriented, as well as charming, and convenient. And obviously, I’m here to answer any of your Real Estate Questions, but check out my Queens Harbor info. Just a little about the metro area of Jacksonville:

The largest city in Florida, both in the population (metro approximately 1.5 million) and in land area. Jacksonville boasts a below-the-national level for the cost of living. That said luxury living in Queens Harbor does come with a variant price tag of the $500K’s up into the millions.

And, as always… here are our picks for this weekend’s events in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas! Let me know what you’re up to… and if you have any real estate questions!!

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in Jacksonville!

Thrasher-Horne Center for the Arts, 283 College Drive, Orange Park, Florida

Many veteran bands trade on nostalgia, replication of past glories, and on recycled emotions from younger, more carefree days.

A Dirt Band show is unlike any other. For legions of fans, it’s less about the memories than the moment, crisp as an Autumn apple and rich as a royal flush.

Grab your tickets here for this night of great music!
