Ponte Vedra Beach is a seaside community in St. Johns County, Florida.   Located eighteen miles southeast of downtown Jacksonville and 26 miles north of St. Augustine.  Ponte Vedra is part of the Jacksonville Beaches area.

Golf is usually what comes to mind when people think about this area.  The PGA Tour and The Players Championship are played at TPC Sawgrass, home of the famous 17th-hole island green.  There are 11 golf courses in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and 0 are municipal courses.  Keep reading and I’ll give a bit more information.
