Atlantic Beach is home to pretty beaches and historic sites and is located in Northeast Florida.  Atlantic Beach alone has 2 miles of beaches.  The location is fabulous if you like the outdoors.  There are amazing parks and golf courses nearby.   And, don’t forget you are only a 34-minute drive from Jacksonville. Atlantic Beach is primarily residential, and the commercial parts are all located along the ocean and going west along Atlantic Blvd.

Atlantic Beach has 10 parks.  That is a lot for such a small area.  Don’t forget there are also 2 miles of sandy beaches that offer 14 ocean accesses.  There are two types of parks here.  Active parks, that primarily used for athletics or specialized recreation activities. and Passive Parks, used mainly for nature viewing, relaxing, hiking, birding, and fishing. Barbie Brooksher has a passion for children, the elderly, the environment, and the housing industry.
