Having roughly 7,500 residents, Neptune Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere.  The hard-packed sand is great for cycling and the waves are ideal for surfing.  Neptune Beach is in Duval County and is often ranked as one of the best places to live in Florida. Here, there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Barbie Brooksher has a passion for children, the elderly, the environment, and the housing industry.
