As we all know, times are tough for many right now and those who planned to sell their homes at or above the asking price, are now wondering what now? I have a friend who has a beautiful home just minutes from the beach that has been on the market now for 3 months with barely any showings, and they are now changing their life plans because of the turn in the housing market. Well, I wanted to share some information with you about the current situation and wanted to share it with you…
There are 159 homes are for sale in Jacksonville Beach, FL real estate market. The number of listings in Jacksonville Beach, FL increased by 2.6% between July 2022 and August 2022. In August 2022 median list price was $600,854 and the average listing age was 40 days. From July 2022 through August 2022, the following changes in listing prices were observed in this housing market: 1 bedroom properties prices increased by 30%, 2 bedrooms properties prices increased by 26.3%, the cost of 3 bedrooms properties went up by 24.2%, 4 bedrooms properties became 13% more expensive, 5 bedrooms properties prices increased by 86.9%. This housing market inventory have changed: number of 1 bedroom homes decreased by 11.1%, 2 bedrooms homes inventory increased by 6.9%, 3 bedrooms homes inventory increased by 17.6%, number of 4 bedrooms homes decreased by 24.4%, 5 bedrooms homes became 12.5% more available. Over 2 listings were sold over their listed price in August 2022 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. In the same period over 25 listings were sold below the listed price and 8 listings were sold for the listed price.

The fields will be open Saturday, September 24th for you-pick pumpkins plus their stuff-the-bucket produce pick. Fill your bucket with a variety of fresh vegetables you can harvest straight out of the field yourself for one flat rate. Or shop their produce stand for pre-picked veggies, farm merch, and more!

Honor Chip Trefry’s legacy through the Chip Trefry Memorial Golf Tournament and Game Changer Dinner happening September 24-25. The dinner and golf event raises funds for First Tee – North Florida and the Earl “Chip” Trefry, Jr Scholarship fund, a $20,000 college scholarship providing educational opportunities to First Tee participants who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to and/or excellence through First Tee – North Florida and will be a life-long ambassador to the game.
