Sawgrass Festival – Inagural Event!

Family Cooking: Chicken Cordon Bleu

Sunday, January 16 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Gather round this Sunday evening and join us for a fun night of cooking dinner with your family and friends! You’ll learn how to make chicken cordon bleu, mac-n-cheese, vinaigrette, and chocolate mousse. All recipes that you can recreate later to dazzle your guests. Complimentary wine is served to adults.

Price:
$60 per adult and child over 14.
Bring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $45. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please).
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
